Stranraer Route Error Message

Hi all, I downloaded the Stranraer route on Monday and ran the .exe files provided, everything went fine. Then went into MSTS to try the route out and getting "Train World Initialization Failure" message upon loading route. Should there not be a .bat file no matter what ?? Any help appreciated. P.S ...

The screenshot for "SRPS Railtour to Mallaig Part 1" is the same screenshot as "86 scrap activity"...confused :-?
