Is the Karawankenbahn well simulated and a good drive? Videos I've seen of it suggest there's a lot of single line running.

Have you reported what you've found to AP? It would be helpful if you did as it might lead to a universal fix of the problem.

Some routes suffer badly from glare/luminance on some objects after sunset or at night. This can make speed signs unreadable and give horrible building glints off the setting sun or certain lights. I've found adding RW Enhancer gives plenty of crashes. Disabling it stabilises things.
