The regulator fully opens by moving the handle to point towards you at 6 o'clock, and is shut at either left or right positions. I'd imagine that if it had a whistle it would be very high pitched due to it being determined by weight and so since it was a very light locomotive it would have had a very high pitched whistle almost like any girl screaming in a horror movie ever so just modify a generic GNWR whistle to very high p...

Also it shouldn't bye that hard to get wheelslip on it for reasons of I think that a 0-2-2 would have a higher chance of slipping and Andy you could send it to someone else for the physics maybe even have it so there's the ability for the easiness of wheelslip to change depending on the weather like...
