For myself, I'm trying to get to grips with the Route Editor and build a short length of a prototypical route. If I run into problems, I'll ask. If it gets to a point that I'm happy with, I might upload and ask for some feedback. I've just started to play with RE to, it's amazing once you get starte...

RCH Unfitted Mineral Wagon Versi...

I wonder if anyones had this, I didn't mention it when I discovered it becayse the timing would have been inappropriate, my eurostar always derails at when travelling at the indicated line speed (105 or 115 I can't remember which), after exiting the tunnel on the down (away from london) fast line. A...

I'm trying to use the 81xx large praire (soory can't remember the modeller, Terry Thronton??), but I don't think thats at fault because the problem occurs with other locos. but the same wagon rake. I am using the front coupler (I do have the patch), but I don't have the same problem when I place a r...

I wonder if in part some of the problem is that we now have several members of this community who can produce models/routes etc of a very high standard. This perhaps leads to people to expect that their first model, if not up to the standard of say Kim's School or Robs GNER route, are not worth uplo...

Ian Morgan's 8 plank open wagons

I'm guessing t his has been solved before, but when I place a rake of these as a static consist, I can't seem to shift them once I couple a loco to them. I'm guessing something on the wag files needs to be played with but what???

HOw the &&&* do I solve this???

My problem actuall stems from trying to add more tiles to my route, the new tiles seem to be set at sea level, reguardless of what I set the hieght offset to in the RGE

I think it's easier starting form the bottom, as I've just found to my cost, so I'll be starting again :). Nevermind what I've got will make nice terrafroming/texture.scenery practice.

I wonder if the old hands here, could contibute to a "101 things you need to start a route", I've been considering crearing a fictional route for several weeks now but havn't gone so far as selecting a tile, as I still don't think I've got enough "real world infromation", saying that I've always bee...
