Re: DTG Class 442 Wessex
Maybe the 442 doesn't have Vigilance fitted in real life? Fitted as standard by the late 80's when these were built. Not true the 455's built in the 80's were not fitted with vigilance. He did say that they were fitted as standard by the late 80s though, whereas the last batch of 455s was delivered...

Re: Just a warning For Next Tuesday
Doesn't Rockstar host GTA's online servers, and not Steam? If that is the case, which I'm pretty confident on, then we shouldn't see any issues arising on release day, as the game is available for preloading right now, which I'd imagine distributes a lot of the server load over the next few days.

Re: Frankfurt U-Bahn for Train Simulator 2014
Holy **** this looks amazing. Firstly, I never realised that you could get such high quality underground stations in TS 2015, as I wasn't sure whether the engine was geared up for it. Secondly, I never even realised alTerr also developed for TS. His OMSI addons are the best in the business, and they...

Re: FGW Virtual Company
Sounds fantastic; the first hurdle to get past would of course be confirming whether the driver is actually doing the route. Would it be possible to set up an external client, much like the ACARS systems used for Virtual Airlines, wherein current data from the sim (possibly x y and z coords, if the ...

Not sure what's going on with my account, but it seems PMs are not sending for me now, as this message was original sent to Peter Peddlesden however seems to be stuck in my outbox. Here is the message: Hi Peter, Is there any way for you to check whether a reply to a post I made has been deleted? I'm...

Re: Changes to EU VAT laws: Small TS devs may go out of business
DT just posted this update (Specifically 1 minute ago when I checked; is it obvious I'm trying to avoid studying? ;)): https://www.facebook.com/DigitalTraction/posts/887258487971348 Looks like the changes to EU VAT laws can be avoided provided the service isn't automated, as then it doesn't qualify ...

Thanks for the info Peter, hopefully things won't be affected too much by this terribly thought out law.

Changes to EU VAT laws: Small TS devs may go out of business
DT's announcement: https://www.facebook.com/DigitalTraction/posts/885891624774701 "This new legislation will cripple, and potentially force into closure, thousands of micro-businesses (of which DT is one) across the UK". EU laws for VAT are changing, which means 3rd party TS developers who are based...

Re: Has anyone used this site
I see it advertised all the time on reputable streams (twitch) as a small overlay, and I've had a few friends purchase content from it, so I'd be inclined to say the website was legitimate

Re: Patch Withdrawn
Norton didn't like the patch either as it pulled it up as malware. I'm sure it was a false positive anyway, as any real malware would've been kicked in the nuts by MalwareBytes.
