Zip them or put them on CD. It is always to best to make a backup on CD aswell as on the harddrive.

You just make the seasonal textures and put them in the the correct folder for the season inside the textures folder.

To make a Y if the main line is straight you need the track sections you need are:
A normal set of points
A something r10
3x something r20
A normal set of Y points
3x something r20
A something r10
A normal set of points

It should add up to 180 degrees.

Transfers can have seasonal textures (just like any object) but I have found if you place too many transfers in a tile they begin to move all over the palce. I always use Terrtex textures where possible but it will make the size of the route larger.
