Occasionally when I'm creating a scenario and have placed a coach or a loco on the track, when I click on it it doesn't select it i.e. it doesn't turn red. Does anyone else have this problem and, if so, worked out a way of getting it to select again?

Hi, Does anyone know if it's possible to change the cab view so that's its in front of the windscreen? Sometimes I find it a bit too restrictive and it would be nice to have an uninterrupted view of the passing scenery. I'm new to train simulation and just trying to create a scenario. A quick question: how can I remove a scenario marker? For some reason I have ended up with two but when I select the one I don't want and hit delete or the wastebasket icon nothing happens.
