I had trouble doing this, when altering speeds within a scenario. It is certainly easier to do in modifying the speeds if you are doing it in a route modification. But then that would be unsuitable for uploading your scenario to anyone other than yourself. Not sure if this makes much sense. It is 3....

Well I have the required votes for finalizing the sceniced Whatley Quarry. I have made quite a few modifications and only envisage doing 2 or 3 more things tomorrow.
