OK belay that. Got things working basically and I can experiment from there.

Problem was 'those 2 sound files'.
Fixed my issues by turning off the Vigilance System. Where should I place those 2 .wav files VigilanceAlert.wav and VigilanceTriggered.wav where do they go ?
