Re: North Lindsey Light Railway

Going back to Mike's excellent D11 & O4, there was a screenshot posted and a question asked if the gloss could be taken off the loco to give a matt finish. This is the thread, not tried it yet but I will one day: http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic.php?f=302&t=109040 We could do with a few more e...

Re: North Lindsey Light Railway

Available locos include: ER D11, 04 & J94 (soon). LMR 2P, 4F, 5MT & 8F. BR Stds 7MT, WD 8F & 9F.
Of course if you have a few other locos hidden away like A5, B1, J11, K1, O2 etc you could use them!

Regards, John.

Re: North Lindsey Light Railway

I wrote to Mike Round a few months ago and asked him if the WD 8F was available. He very kindly sent it to me via my hotmail account and the loco works perfectly. I'm using it in a number of scenarios. All I can suggest is that you follow the same course of action. Later today I will list the availa...

Re: North Lindsey Light Railway

John, I haven't looked at my posts all day. Anyway, glad you managed to download it eventually. I was puzzled by you saying you had to sign in. I clicked on the link to the sky drive, double clicked on NLLR and it downloaded immediately, no problems. Right, next job it to use RWTools to sub the defa...

Re: Great Moor Street Bolton.

Steve,
Looks just as good as before. And change the bus name to United and then it will be the correct colour.

Steve,
We've not heard anything from you and Great Moor Street since 10 days ago. Any progress shots to share?

Hatchet Hill Quarry Class 04

I recall seeing a BR green reskin for the Class 04 but I cannot find it in the library. Is it still there or has it been removed? I don't want to spend good money for Doncaster Works when all I'm interested in is the Class 03 so I thought I'd use the Class 04 instead,

Re: Everything Steam, part 2

Steve, That's it! If you show me anymore screenshots I'm going to have to kill myself. Just release the route, please? Seriously, the shots are very good, I am well impressed, full of atmosphere and looking really authentic. Good work, any timescale in place for completion so we can all play with it...

Re: ex-NBR Eyemouth Branch

Steve, You may not have seen this. I've always had an interest in railways in Northumberland, including Rothbury, thanks to Ian Futers. I wonder if I can get this guy to model the Eyemouth branch for me! He appears to have done a pretty good job of the Rothbury branch. http://www.youtube.com/playlis...

Re: Crabenmore Branch V2 Scenarios using the 0-4-0ST's

I tried some of the pre-grouping scenarios including Wet Fish and they didn't work. It showed the train behind the exit-edit dialogue box and said it could not find markers and the driver for the engine. The problem is the v2 markers are different from the v1 markers in my opinion. I also have a pro...

Thanks for that. I'll try it in the morning when I get to work because I'm not using Outlook for my mail at the camp.
May your corridors always be connected,

Re: Crabenmore Branch V2 Scenarios using the 0-4-0ST's

I've sent a PM to coolmatty who did the Unusual Power Pt 1 & 2 scenarios and asked him if he's thinking about revising them for v2. His scenario UKTS 28228 has disappeared. I don't have any info on who did the Pre-grouping on the Crabenmore scenarios and I've not been able to find it on UKTS yet. I'...
