Lovely route, did a run from Coleshill to Tamworth and Coleshill to Kings Norton, and the station signage is fantastic also. Noticed Bromsgrove was there also but without platform markers, which I assume will be added in a future update.

Yes, best way is to use RW-Tools, it's the easiest way also and if you get stuck i'd be willing to help.

Verify game cache is done on steam. Click properties, local files, then verify game cache.

I am assuming this is the Voyager Advanced? You could try a reinstall, that might work, as the Voyager is JT.

Yes it's been extended...It includes small sections of the London Underground, the line to Windsor, and I'm pretty sure the Henley branch is there too. There's also many other extensions and of course it is completely reworked.

The Conwy Valley line should be a great one, I've travelled down there before, lovely sunshine (which was rare for the week I was down there) and fantastic little stations en route (Betws-Y-Coed, Deganwy etc)

Which route was that? I haven't got the 156 yet anyway don't know if its any good. I should really for the Norfolk branches which would be home on this route once its out.
