Hi Mine arrived today as well. Agree with the comments about the packing - the first MLT route I had (KHP1) came without any wrappers at all - just a Tyvek windowed CD jacket with the address labels stuck on!! First impressions - looks and sounds very good. Noticed that the rolling stock still sits ...

Hi guys Just to add my two-pennyworth...... I ordered the Surfliner when it was first announced - by memory August 2003. During this "waiting" period I have struggled with various emotions. Overall I have decided to keep my head down and more or less forget it until that magic day when it actually m...

Emmanuel Just repeating my thanks for your amendments to the Roussilon route - (just in case you didn't see the other thread! :D ) This is the first time I've had any dealings with your input regarding MSTS as I'm usually involved with the American scene (boo hiss from the stalls), but It's great to...

Hi Emmanuel Thank you very much for all your work regarding this route. It is very much appreciated! I look forward to trying the new stock files and activities ASAP. Unfortunately, I go away for a week starting tomorrow (Friday), but I will install everything again as instructed as soon as I can. T...

Hi Me too. I've tried to run several of the locos and get error messages, then dumped back to Windows. Plus all the problems with the activities not working/being recognised etc. Just a shame this version wasn't checked before it was uploaded (unless of course it's me! LOL) I'm sure it can be sorted...

Hi Emmanuel

I've just found that there are some files missing - like sound files - for some of the stock.

Hopefully, when you do your re-install you'll see what I mean.

Thanks for your help.

Cheers

Hi I downloaded all the files, including the extra loco that's needed, but I'm getting errors with the activities. I've exported the UK activity files that came with the stock downloads, but a message appears when I try to run them that they need re-saving in the Route Editor because they are incomp...

Received acknowledgement of my order today, so hopefully it just might plop through the door in a few weeks' time - probably the same time as the Pacific Surfliner is released for download for us punters that pre-ordered it!! LOL In the meantime I'd appreciate any more screenies you lucky beta-teste...

Hi Martin Well, I've just ordered my copy. The screenshots look very good indeed - a pity there aren't more. I'm glad the stock comes on the CD as well as I didn't fancy trawling through the file libraries to obtain them! :o  I shall look forward to running this route! Cheers Ken BTW - have yo...

Hi I wasn't very sure at all until I saw the tops of the locos pulling the passenger train and I could see the fan arrangement, but that's what made me think that they may have been low-nose GP9s or GP18s. Weird how the hi-jack engineer didn't appear to notice that the end cars of his consist went m...

Hi Martin I hear what you're saying, but my version of Cajon has a directory called 3DTrains_Freight, and in that directory is a caboose called SP_Caboose. There is also an ATSF_Reefer in there as well. IMHO this freeware activity was created using this earlier version of Cajon. Anyway, glad you got...

Hi Martin Just checked my version of Cajon Pass, and it does indeed have the 3DTrains SP Caboose included. Now, my version of the route is one of the early ones, when it was first released, and I believe that in subsequent versions various pieces of 3DTrains' items were NOT included. Just a theory, ...

Well, installed it a few days back, and I've been exploring since. And "exploring" is a suitable description because there sure is a lot of vegetation in and around Buffalo - both off and ON the track! LOL Because it seems so colossal I found it very hard work, and it's easy to end up going down a s...
