Of course I live a few minutes down the main line from the NVR, so I can get resource images no problem, also there's a number of NVR employees on this forum if I remember correct...

Re: The Midland Railway Centre Butterly... Revisited
To be truthful Keith I've not been there for a few years too, and I'm only in West Hallam (Next to Ilkeston) I used to go very regularly, but then I just stopped. Still I'm planning on trying to get down a couple of times this year for the galas and such. I'll make sure I have camera on hand when v...

Re: South Somerset railway
Hi SebMaybe start with a fictional short railway, less than 2 miles to develop your skills. If you like you can email me some screenshots to upload.
Thanks for the offer of sorting the screenies out. The route is fictional with the home base being called midford.

Re: The Wensleydale Railway (Real One)
Hi people
I am managing to sort the WR route ok , I have now got the Leeming bar sidings that approch the A1 sorted but without stock in some places now for the Runround loop and yard !
Not heard anything more about jordans route , I guess he is getting on well with it.
Good luck to him!!!

Re: Fort william to Mallaig route in Railworks 2
Get on with it then lad, I (we...? :o ) wanna see progress  As a preserved line Wensleydale should be an easier one to tackle than West Highland. Maybe after taking time to source YouTube, the Wensleydale line website and Google Earth, plus making sure you have gradient info, you'll feel more ...

Re: Fort william to Mallaig route in Railworks 2
"I'm glad it's not on my list then  Which leads me to wonder why Jake has chosen it. If I wasn't convinced I would have sufficient material to make a route I would drop it. I definitely wouldn't try any route that I had trouble finding gradients for. At the very least just one gradient, especi...
