I can make changes on Uk routes using both 8.025 and 8.030 eg for WCMLN over Shap in the DPS scenarios DPS_SP02_01 and DPS_SP_02 I can change the player loco with no problem. Just a very quick interim report. Regressing to 8025 seems to have fixed the eror#5 problem and I have managed to make a change in North Wales Blue which stuck.

Just to make it clear the failure to change is not a global problem for me but only occurs in some scenarios. Unfortunately I cannot see any common theme amongst those in which it fails.

It will take a little time because on the grounds that "life is too short" I have just been deleting scenarios that I cannot change. The only one immediately to mind with the failure to change is the NJ470 one I referred to in an earlier post. I have the RWAustria/Justtrains Railjet so it loaded fin...

If it helps to know, everything of mine is in the default locations, and ones that don't work are stationary starts.

For me too on the ones where the change doesn't stick something has happened because there are bak files for scenario and scenarioproperties (slightly larger each time).

I'm afraid the problem is still there at times. Often an error#5 followed by a "cannot swap etc" whilst trying to swap locos. At times the change apparently happens but doesn't. Version 8030. Trying a "swap in every consist" after an error#5 pretty well wiped out the scenario which loaded into a tot...

I think that just refers to scenarios for the original RSC Hannover not working on the deluxe version which has fairly substantial track changes. I think this recent change to the deluxe is to make it work in 64 bit (it would load scenarios in 32 bit but only some radomly in 64 bit).

In general I think the changes are good but I too am getting white on rolling stock bleached out. Even the screenshots on their webpage show it.
