Re: Passengers buried in platforms

Ash, if I remember it correctly, the solution was along the lines described in this topic - http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic.php?f=365&t=134828 though I have to say that this is not the topic I was expecting to find in my search (my memory is not as young as it was). I've not yet tried it myse...

Re: Canadian Mountain Passes: Revelstoke-Lake Louise

While some users would be happy to run something like the Surfliner stock from the San Diego route on here, what would prototypical stock for the "Rocky Mountaineer" train be ?

Thanks in advance for any help.

... with the proviso that it takes some work to get it up and running. Rich, I've been bitterly disappointed that you haven't been reporting progress on your Wherry route, and I'm sorry to hear that you had problems with the update. I also didn't feel it was right to press the point, but if you nee...

Re: VR DR132

Yes, stunning... and according to my information DR 132 and vR's DB 232 could be released next week... I don't know where you got your information, but you were right - a week to the day. vR have just released two packs, the DR 132 and DB 232 at €14.95 each, though the 232 is discounted to €6.95 at...

It certainly won't affect my decision on buying this, but it seems to me that there are three duplicates in that set of sixteen liveries ... leaving just thirteen .......

Re: VR Security

Well, there's something wrong at the site, because I still get the warning about the certificate every time I look at a different page, starting with the log on page. I'm using http://www.virtual-railroads.de/ because that's what my browser changes the URL to when I press "Go". However, the only rea...

Devon, I'm sorry to say that so far I had ignored this topic as it seemed to be outside my area of interest. But I just discovered that it is one of your creations, so "that'll do for me, Tommy". Another gorgeous creation - thanks very much for all of this, and looking forward to downloading it, reg...

Re: Thank you photons66!

Updated RouteMarkers files now at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/f6p1tyotkg0chbb/a3wuLa07Tw Gary, I downloaded your file just as I did Chris' earlier, and had the same results. The files are there AOK, but WinZip gives me the same warnings and 7-Zip gives the same spurious folder entry in the archive. ...

Re: Thank you photons66!

Chris, the download worked fine for me. However, opening the file gave some surprising results. Using WinZip 15 gave me one warning about an invalid filename in the archive and another about the file being read only (which it wasn't) ... however, it did open the file and extract all the files succes...

Jordi,
forgive my ignorance of all things model-making, but presumably this sort of thing cannot be fixed without changing the original model - to put it another way, we can't fix it post purchase / installation ...
