The files are there AOK, but WinZip gives me the same warnings and 7-Zip gives the same spurious folder entry in the archive. ...

Chris, the download worked fine for me. However, opening the file gave some surprising results. Using WinZip 15 gave me one warning about an invalid filename in the archive and another about the file being read only (which it wasn't) ... however, it did open the file and extract all the files succes...
