Perhaps it's because the terms and conditions on that offer page were updated / "corrected" / "clarified" and now say that the offer is only available to residents in the U.S. ...

Please do give feedback. Is it worth creating videos that just watch me (very amateurishly) model in blender? ...The duplication going on between add-ons was already quite something (how many versions of the mk1 are there now :o) but with this now extending to these mini livery packs, it makes you wonder whether disk space is going to become a bit of an issue...
