One point people seem confused about: The Collection Centre will only show routes or assets that have the appropriate descriptions (metadata) added to them to enable the game to categorise and show them properly. So, any addon (route/asset) that has not been extended specifically for TS2013 will not...

Forget the Collection centre front page, go to the main menu and click Single Player. Select the style of scenario for the route and then you are presented with a complete set of route options and scenarios.
