Re: AWS cancelling indicator

I can't see your screenshot, but if the sign is the one I think it is (!) then it indicates a break or gap in the AWS coverage. Usually found in areas where signals are spaced more closely than the norm and covering complex junctions.

Not certain, but the Wilburton items in this instance might be found here; a modification of the original which I believe was a static model

According to the blurb on the Steam store page, the 67 is included?
If I remember rightly, it's included but sits in its own product folder rather than with the rest of the bundled stock in the main .ap file.

Re: Rivet Games Suburban Glasgow Northwest - Springburn-Helensburgh

If my understanding is correct (and, cue the usual caveat that it may well not be), Rivet Games is merely the latest incarnation of Totalize Media/Thomson Interactive/Alan Thomson, and given their track record (boom-tish) of Scottish routes (GARL, Edinburgh-Glasgow, West Highland Extension) this is ...

Re: Ay Valley Signals

Apologies for the lateness of reply on this; am I correct in thinking this is resolved? I am (very slowly) working on a pass through the route to address the various minor issues that slipped through the net prior to release. A number of real life distractions have meant this has been taking rather ...

Re: Southampton to Weymouth route - Dorchester South Platform 1

Unusual, but by no means unique. Gloucester and Carmarthen stations still requires trains to reverse, as did Templecombe on the S&D. Until the early 2000s, Swindon had no platform on the down main line, which required some awkward crossings of the up main for westbound stopping trains.

Re: Have you bought anything in the Steam Sale?

I've bought the class 89 but have yet to give it a drive :-? Also bought Diesel Railcar Simulator. Graphically it's nothing on TS, though it's not without a certain visual charm of its own, but it does offer a more intensive driving simulation than TS; no simple open the throttle and go with t...

Re: What stock would we like to see released?

As you say, we have most of the obvious GWR "big hitters" covered now with the 28XX being the last really glaring omission, I would still like to see the 42XX 2-8-0T though. I've long been fascinated by the early SR DC and electro-diesel classes (TOPS 71 and 74). First generation MUs of both diesel ...

Re: In-Game Clock times

I've had it in the past where it's cropped up towards the end of a very long (90+ minutes or so) scenario and had always associated it as being somehow linked to the length of a scenario, but I've been playing around with one this evening and found myself out by around 60 seconds only twenty or so m...

Re: Is there any way of knowing which end is the front of the tr

Basically, the cab that you start in at the beginning of the scenario (assuming a two - or more - cabbed train or loco) is considered the front for the duration of that scenario. I don't know of any way of checking if you are still in the "original" front cab as you progress through the scenario, o...
