I've got my Shuttle! :D

But the TFT hasn't arrived :(

And I can't get MSTS to install in the partition I've created for it

If anyone's got any tips about installing MSTS in folders other than the default, I'm all ears...

The cost of the shuttle is £759.00 including VAT, but excluding a monitor.

I'd agree it can be difficult to get a decent shot at Stevenage Station - it's a narrow site and straight. If you get there early enough you may be able to get a good position at the south end of platforms 1-2, but with all the OHL equipment it's tricky. I will be going to the site of the old statio...

I've ordered my Shuttle :D (and an AOC TFT) from tco computers.

They say two weeks, or less depending on parts delivery - I'm using the standard 'express' spec.

If I get it in time, should I bring it? (I can get a projector, but it won't be as small as the CTX ones we normally use).

I'll be there as well.

I'm ordering a shuttle also. Don't know if it will be ready in time though (I'm still sorting out the spec in my head).

While Video 125 doesn't say on the newsline whether the new releases will be on DVD, their current practice seems to be to release all new titles in both formats, so it's highly likely...

The others are.... Piccadilly Line (Rayners Lane - Cockfosters and Acton Town - Heathrow) Uckfield Branch on a DEMU Rosslare - Dublin also, Paris - London will be via CTRL stage 1 and Bristol - Derby is to be titled 'Lickey Voyager' - a clue to the traction, perhaps? BTW, the info line number...

You also need to alter ScalePos ( 190 298 ).

Increase the second number (it's in degrees with 0 in the 12 o'clock position) until the needle goes to the correct position - you will need trial and error

If you use a multiplier for MaxCurrent, shouldn't you use the same mutiplier for MaxForce (240kN instead of 80kN)? Also, which cab is everyone using? MaxCurrent ( 7500A #2500A x 3 **DO NOT EXCEED 2500A WHEN DRIVING**) is fine for the JT HST Cab, where the ammeter is set to 2500 amps, but the James H...

Hear. Hear - we were catered for brilliantly! I should mention that, although the bus ride was indeed a nightmare (total travelling time for the 80 miles from my house to the exhibition was a shade under 4 hours), the bus itself was air-conditioned - much more comfortable than the 4-VEP I bounced al...
