Hey, hey, Exeter is the wrong side of the Tamar for that. It is quite full of students and newbie Marines though, so I can see why you'd get confused.
You can just replace the B&E ToD files with some from another route ( like the ones from Mayflower ). Seems ok:

Re: Tired of seeing IC Swallow livery 390s
Given recent news, you may see prototypically branded 390s out of the box sooner rather than later...

Re: Train Simulator 2012 - The Port Road - UPDATED
What was the phrase... prototype for everything? I wonder if one of the preserved routes has the loading gauge clearance to run full size US stock. Foster Yeoman's switchers ( EMD SW1001 I think ) can't get under the bridge just outside their yard, but if you want to see a fullsize US locomotive cou...

Re: User-editable signs for scenery
Needs to be track linked. There's scripted scenery which works, but there's no input box on the blueprint...

Re: GWR ATC mechanics
Guess nobody's tried this yet, thankfully - made a fairly nasty but not so easy to spot mistake in the signal script. Fixed up versions of both added. ---------------------- -- ATC repeater script -- SRH 5/12 ---------------------- SIGSTATE_OFF = 0 SIGSTATE_WARN = 1 SIGSTATE_ON = 2 SIGMSG_CUSTOM = 1...

Re: SPADs/Route Learning
Uh-huh! A flashing yellow should be followed by a steady yellow/feather for the diverging route. Track circuiting can be used to change the aspect to green/feather on approach once the junction signal is clearly visible to the driver and assuming the road ahead is clear. Is there a junction in a ra...

It's not rocket science to do difficulty levels in a game... no reason you can't cater for everyone.

Re: Voyager Advanced
Oovee did a poll not very long ago ( on Facebook! ), while I don't think it got a particularily huge sample, I think the sample was overwhelmingly in support of advanced scripting. Might be worth another one & link it a little further for a broader sample. It is a good point though. There is a scrip...

Re: ES64 U-Taurus Donationware
Get off your own high horse. Are you giving Ice any cash? what does having to pay for the base engine have to do with your ungrateful whines about numbers on a totally free repaint? it's responses like that that drive people away from public contributions. Great stuff Ice :) you're still tempting me...

Re: SPADs/Route Learning
There's a signal protecting the crossover from fast->slow before Didcot which ( is the wrong type! should be APC yellow rather than red, but ) clears well before the ramp; I need to go check the scripts but I think the ramps might just be coincidental. Would be a bit daft, checking consist speed is ...

Re: SPADs/Route Learning
APC signals work on speed, not AWS ramps ( technically time between two track circuits iirc ) - unless it's a semaphore. You should never arrive at a red without seeing a yellow/distant at some point other than when you start off unless there's some emergency; if you're in AB station limits then you...

Re: Raildriver & ICE3
Usually the issue is using the built in virtual controls in the script, and force-writing the core controls every script loop. Easily fixed to let RD drive the core controls by cacheing the virtual control value every loop, and only updating the core if it's changed or if you want a higher priority ...

Re: SPADs/Route Learning
I think I made a post asking much the same question once, there aren't many routes I can drive without the HUD at all ( only B&E I think, some I can do parts of ) but there's no real alternative to just driving a lot. I learned B&E by making full length scenarios for it and driving, and just realise...
