What terrible news Frank.
I only knew Mike through the MEP forums, but it feels like I have lost a good friend.
Thank you for passing on the sad news, and my sincere condolences to Mike's family and friends.

Re: Briscard V6
Just a thought - should it be D01 (zero) rather than DO1?I have renamed the files to BriscardV6.exe BriscardV6.DO1 and BriscardV6.D02

Re: If there was an MSTS Hall of Fame...
I vote for David Johnson (spikeyorks).
Activities are what has kept my interest in MSTS alive, and David has written many, and some of the best, activities I have had the pleasure of running.
Unfortunately, for me at least, he moved over to the other sim a long while ago.

Re: Class 501
There are indeed excellent blue and blue/grey class 501s on the MEP DVD.
Regrettably for me, no green version.
I cannot recommend this DVD too much. In my opinion, it is the pinnacle of achievement (so far) in terms of MSTS.

Re: SCP Act.
Hi Stephen
Thanks for a most enjoyable activity.
I cannot change cabs in this one either. I think that this is because D1705 does not have a reverse cabview.
I always drive from outside the cab, so it didn't worry me.

Re: Whittle Colliery Railway
Not sure Chris. On Landsale Shunt I collected 3 rakes of full coal wagons, and moved the three lots together to Landsale Siding, where they did not all fit. I then returned light engine to the headshunt where I failed to get the activity ended message. The report had two "Drop off cars at location -...

Re: Whittle Colliery Railway
Hi Chris
Thanks for this lovely little route.
I installed it as a mini route with no problems, and have run the first two activities, but have failed both.
It makes a nice change from main line running.

Re: Woodhead V4.
Hi Tim Thanks for this wonderful route and the three activity packs. They are giving me a great deal of enjoyment. I have installed the 1950s activities and note that you appear to have two items of stock installed in "alternative" folder names, as follows - BRCrab01 installed in folder BRCrab01Beta...

Thanks for the information Mick. I have just had the same problem as Hywel on Tommy Part 1. The three missing texture files were - lampostlight.ace Basfordlights.ace lampostmain.ace I hope this may help someone else. Your advice made sense to me, and I have now completed the activity. Thanks again M...

Re: Mileposts - are they worth the effort?
Hi Danny
I never use them myself when running activities, so I doubt if I would even notice that they were missing.
It's great to see your progress on the route.
Regards

Looking great Danny.
Every new screenshot brings a smile to my face.
I'm so looking forward to going back in time to Southern steam days.

Hi Dave I've just completed this excellent activity - nice to actually get through "that" tunnel. Thanks Stephen. I believe the file you are looking for is UKTS 88 - it is in the list of files required. I did have to use Activity Analysis to get this running because some of the other conflats used s...
