Help
I want to add some logos to the side of a piece of DLC, nothing too fancy but I have zero experience of Blender or 3D Crafter. Basically the bodyside texture is flipped, so in order to get the words I'm adding correct I need to . them as decals/child objects or both? I'm confused and there doesn't s...

Re: Modifying content and self-installers
Firstly a big thank you to Chris for his help. Just to update I am still none the wiser about a self-installer but I now have the numbering sorted. It wasn't a huge leap, but i now also have the interim XC Class 221 done too with only numbers 221119-141 applicable. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8465...

Re: Modifying content and self-installers
Thanks Chris, I will try this out when I get home. That will help me greatly when it comes to my next reskins that only applies to one member of the entire fleet.

Modifying content and self-installers
Hello everyone. As an easy project to get me in to the procedures involved in doing a reskin, namely editing the .bin files and texture files, I decided to make the interim CrossCountry livery for a Class220 when Arriva took over the franchise. It presented not too much time on the textures and I'm ...

Performance and uprgading PC
Since TS2013 I haven't noticed many problems and have happily experienced an increase in the FPS I get, which is nice in terms of playability - leaving London Victoria is no longer a slideshow. I am still not allowed by my machine to go anywhere near the TSX box though, especially if I want it to be...

Re: London - Brighton Problem
If you watch this fullscreen in 720P you can see the unit creeping towards the signal despite full emergency brakes and no traction at all being applied.

Re: London - Brighton Problem
I've got a problem with the CIG bundled with London-Brighton (haven't had any previous southern EMUs). I'm early despite it's very low top speed of 86.6mph even downhills, and I'm waiting at the last signal. With the reverser in any position, throttle off and brakes in full emergency the unit is cre...

Re: RSC Route: London - Brighton
I got this as a birthday present and have got it up and running but the performance of the 4CIG seems unduly slow, full throttle down a 1:200 gradient and it won't budge above 86.6mph which is exactly the same speed it was doing UP a 1:200 gradient. Apart from that it is a fantastic route and set of...

Help with reskins
It's been a long time since I've playes around with reskins and I'm having a bit of a nightmare remembering how to do something. I've downloaded various Class 86 reskins for the WCML North version (keithmross) but after copying the .GeoPcDx file across I can't remember how to get the loco to actuall...

Class 86 mod problem
Hi all, I recently took advantage of this March madness to purchase WCML North, and I'm glad I did. But the one things that grated with me was the complete inability of the Class 86 to hit anywhere near 100mph. I saw a mod file to fix this on here so I thought I'd give that a go, as well as the run ...

Re: Class 153 By Just Trains Picture Released
As the first of the second-generation DMUs, I'd prefer to see a 150 than anything else. Class 140 unit was the first prototype for a second generation DMU, with the 1984 built 141 production run just pipping 150s to be the first second gen DMU, but I too would like to see a Class 150, very versatil...

Re: WCML south - London Euston to Liverpool Lime St
When the route gets extended it would be more prototypical, under Central Trains the New Street-Liverpool Lime Street services were operated by 170s /3/5/6, liveries would be the white Class 170/3s with BOMBARDIER branding and the Robin Hood Line and Bullring liveried 170/5s as well as the usual Cen...
