That's Aerosoft who build the route between Cologne and Düsseldorf.
GR planned to build a route but at the moment there are no informations which route and when they will start.

Good news: next week my scenario series "German Railroads" will be continued. The name for this series is perhaps confusing. I don't work for German Railroads but i have now a good contact with the developers and ask them for take this title cause it's the translation of my german title of the serie...
