So if I make a line of North-South tiles longer than the amount of tiles where the white out occures it may move it? What do you mean by that? These large rectangles are fixed, even when you break them up into smaller ones or make a line of small tiles over their border, the problem occurs. I mean ...

On my route, the problem occurs clearly when the route crosses the borders of the largest possible quadtree rectangle. At the northern spot when moving west to east, in the south when moving south to north. I have marked the relevant quadtree lines where it occurs in a bright green. http://ronaldus....

Hello :D , 1) Well, station No. 5 is in the Nubian Desert. Since there are no villages, the stations got numbers. If you think that's unimaginative, please send your complaints to: him http://www.worldwar1.com/biockit.htm (because he built this line  ) 2) Thats well noticable? :) Just tell me ...

Hello,

Thanks for the answers, but how can the zooming in RGE fix the problem?

As I already mentioned, the problem only comes up in MSTS, in the route editor the terrain never disappears, no matter to where the starting tile is set.

P.S.: I know now that this is because of the the main black quad-tree lines you can see in the RGE. Sadly my route is too long and I simply can't avoid. It would be really good if a fix could be found... The problem only turns up in the Simulator itself, by the way (and just when going into one dire...

Terrain white-out problem

Hello, I have this known problem on 2 times on my route (1 time going east, 1 time going north far away from the first spot) and I wanted to ask what can be done to prevent it. I know about the savegame workaround, but this is not really an option. By how much do you have to redirect your route? Is ...

Yes, I also made my first models with FSDS.

But since I have got TSM, I don't need any import functionality anyway.
