Cambrian 2 has lots of goods shunting activities, including several pick up goods trains. Unlike the original Cambrian route, most of the stations have sidings, so there's plenty of scope for goods activities. In fact, out of the 50 activities supplied with the route, most are actually goods trains....

You must have good eyes to spot those carriages. Yes they are VOR carriages, but they are only static (one train as a single item to keep the tile object count down).

You'll need to restart unfortunately. I think it's a bug with MSTS, which is perhaps more noticeable on this route because of the high handbrake values.
