No luck with the screen I'm afraid. We normally hire them with the venue and just take our own laptop and projector when giving presentations for work.

I don't know of any tube stock e.g. Central or Northern lines, but Richard Scott might have something for the sub-surface lines. I couldn't possibly comment of course, but they were minding the gap in Tokyo last.
