It's entirely possible that people having problems starting the sim have incomplete / corrupt installs that are causing problems - in my case the launcher crashes as soon as I try to test the 3d settings because plugins\GameManager.dll is missing; the game won't launch until this is complete. I downloaded RW earlier, finished a little while ago. But everytime I try & launch the game from the RW splash screen it crashes...RS website seems a tad overloaded to actually get on at the moment..any idea's here? Have to agree with you all, this is an excellent route and goes to show what can be acheived with the standard assetts. It will be even better when more of a choice of rolling stock.

Hi Alan, Yes, you must click the RD MWII icon to start the raildriver program before you start Rail Simulator. You can see if it is running by checking for a small blue icon in the tray section to the right of the taskbar. Hovering your mouse over the icon will show 'X-keys MacroWorks II'. For Rail ...

How do you get it to work. I've loaded the software and read the instructions but they ar'nt very clear to me. Is it running in the background or do you have to start the Raildriver program as you did in MSTS.

When I select S&D I get an error message of 'no scenarios found for this route'. All other routes are fine. Alan L No scenario's found for Bath to Templecombe in RS_Tools either. I have removed and reinstalled RS and the utilities but still no joy. Funny thing is they were working fine, cant think ...

I think trains of any length (Pines Express) used platform 1, and the incoming loco was released when train left with replacement engine. Platform 2 was used by local stopping trains. But there again I may be wrong.
