This could also be done at Wharf on the TR, Minfordd on the Ffestiniog, Dinas if the NWNGR/WHR/SSR etc etc gets done, Abersywth on the Rheidol line, Gil Fach Ddu on the Llanberis lake/Dinorwic 4 foot 2 foot intercahnge etc etc,

Would be very useful really.

The ash pit is outside the loco running shed (thats the one i fell down  ) Then in the shed there are 2 inspection pits, There is one in the workshop, and another in the west shed, we have one down at Wharf which is normally filled with water as th drainage is screwed. :-?

Hello Steve,

In the new version of the Talyllyn, would it be possible to put the smoke hood louvres on the shed roof? Just thinking if the loco was in the shed it would look like it was being steamed up.

Just off to take another trip along the Afon Fathew! :D

Martin, My views on the Ffes are somewhat bias i know, but to say the least they are somewhat dim. The train out fo Porthmadog was reminisent of a Japanese commuter train last time I travelled on it. :-? The fact that the loco boilers last 1/2 the length of theTalyllyn ones (so I have beeen told by ...

Hello all, Yes weve had to do 9 min turn arounds before when No.1 failed, normally the 4th engine is laying over for an hour at Wharf, it also helps to attract passengers. The south shed, (the little white one by the brick sheds) is now used as a store for one of the steam engines, and spare parts, ...

Im with Central Trains :( \Which is a shame, only today the train was busy the seats were loose, the stock was diabolically filthy, and there was even paint peeling off the outside of the coach. :x The station staff aswell, were preoccupied with 1 customer, making me very nearly miss the train. It l...

Hello,

The Narrow gauge forum has a couple of threads on the track, for my quarry route, i just overwrote the current acleantrack with the narrow gauge one. It means there is no dynamic track ( i think) but then i dont know hoe to use it any way!!!

Steve,

Thanx :D I shall go forth and build, so the buildings have quarry slate on etc etc. Having seen some examples of what can be done in TSm im inspired to new and greater heights, :) Thanks again Kevin for those diagrams.

the buildings can be scaled up using shape file manager, downloadable from the Highworth Branch web site, all the buildings have to be doubled in size to fit in wih the Narrow Gauge engines.
