I did do a quick knock up of a VoR engine to answer a forum question. See:- http://forums.atomic-systems.com/viewtopic.php?topic=2997&forum=70&4 No more work was carried out on it. I have commitments to do some more Ffestiniog stuff. (plus some Talyllyn and WHR) so I have no plans to take it any fur...

Many thanks for your comments, Digger. Very much appreciated. As Saddletank has just said, Decapod is planning to do the route. I am not sure whether he is going to do the wagons or myself. As soon as he starts the route I don't think it will be long before Peggy is joined by Guy, Hummy, Bridget etc...

Hi John, I'll be very happy to give you any help I can. (not sure about the therapy though!) The only problem I see is that I use 3d canvas and I think I remember you saying you use trainsim modeller. (I'm not sure I envy you doing the motion in TSM, canvas is a lot easier) I look forward to seeing ...

The above loco is now available for download.

My apologies to anyone who tried to download it last night (I seem to have messed up the upload), and thanks to Saddletank for pointing out the error.

Cheers
Kevin

I,m pretty sure Steve will use my "Narrow Gauge" trackbase texture (or something similar) on the final route. The shots above are "work in progress" views. If you look at the picture of Prince in the topic "new Ffestiniog railway stock" you will see an example of standard gauge track using the narro...

Martin, sorry to disapoint you but the picture is from a fictitious route I started earlier this year. It is influenced somewhat by the Ffestiniog. Now you mention it, it does look like the view down the Dwyryd estuary. But the view shown is more akin to Tan-y-bwlch, with the line skirting round a l...

Just a note to say that a new (hopefully improved) version of Prince is available for download. This does not overwrite the original one in your trainset folder, which will still be available for your use. <IMG width="640" height="470" SRC="http://album.atomic-systems.com/showPic.php/22534/prinv2.jp...

Thanks for the comments.
I don't think the baldwins were particularly powerful loco's in real life.
I am planning a Glyn Valley Baldwin. (it will need parts remaking before issue) as well as a couple of versions of the Welsh Highland 590.

Cheers
Kevin
