I downloaded it at work today and took it for a spin tonight, very nice model, well done Dave, and I dont even like the real thing !

I hope it can be sorted out soon as its a great addition to any msts fleet.

Are you launching it correctly ?

Dont start Gmax itself, you must launch it via the Trainsim Gamepack shortcut in /gmax/gamepacks/trainsim.

I'm going to do some weathered 40's next, i've been doing a little on it recently. Then I will tidy up the 37 a bit, I should have something in a month or so, if my stupid arms dont pack up again.

Its still planned, at present I cant work at my PC at home, the repetitive train injury is taking some time to clear up, best consider me semi-retired for the forseable future.

How come there has been no mentioned of safety ? How good an idea is it to have passengers in the lead vehicle at 125mph. Remember how badly the DVT was destroyed in the Heck accident, or the DMU at Ladbrook grove. I feel much more confortable behind a locomotive, actually that should read felt much...

OK I agree it does look quite good in that shot, but what about those awful creases on the nose, just under the specular highlight...

Eventually, i'm having a bit of a break from building at the moment.

Funny how we accept that a loco can have reduced reliability just because its 25+ years old, how many poeple boarding a Concorde would be happy with that idea ?
