Matt, would it be possible to vet each user and issue each user with a password choosen by you/site admin and if they abuse the forums then withdraw the password. Up 'till 3 years ago you could count the number of people who had b/band on the fingers of two hands, now it's the new sliced bread, and very soon so many people will have it that 600kb/s will seem like 56k is now.
