Gradients help/error/problem

A weird thing happens when using the gradients control next to snap to track and snap to terrain.
If i type in any number, the track shoots up at an almost 90 degree angle.
Has anyone experienced this before?

I hope someone takes requests....

Can someone maybe do a video of making a real route? From the very beginning to having it in Railworks. The tutorial i've seen in the RS section is too wordy/complicated for me.

And I'm more a picture guy myself....

Im looking for trackrules with 3d sleepers, and where would I find them.
Also is it required to have IOW for 3d sleepers?
Does IOW come with only one trackrule?
