Frame rates are comparable only if the same (preferably default) consist on the same (preferably default) route are used to compare PC hardware and the screen resolution used.

I've tried mods in the Cab Editor but this has no effect. I then tried to modify the position statements in the .Eng files to try to adjust the views but without success... You can also do it manually by editing the relevant activity file. The times are all in seconds after midnight so a little maths is required. http://msts.steam4me.net/tutorials/ae_timetable.html discusses time in the AE and also has a link to a nifty little app that converts time of day to seconds ...
