It should appear as a selectable consist after picking the loco/unit you used in your consist.

Are the missing scenarios from Third Party providers? If so they may have been deleted during the file verification. Have you tried reinstalling them?

The Scottish line is a great one, the one thing I would add if I had the choice would be the inner Fife circle. Service pack 5 is due out soon, fingers crossed for an extension! The Voyager is also a very nice train. I don't have the German route so I can't comment on it.
