You will just have to learn to restrain yourself better Gary, luckily that usually comes with maturity for most of us at least.gptech wrote:That's a big ask Matt...we all know the average UKTS member can't wait that long for anything.....

Re: UKTS_37129_Scenario pack
Isn't that usually down to that for the AP Extra stock packs to work properly you have to actually own the product from AP that the extra stock pack is for? It's usually the reverse...you need the extras to complete the installation of the payware items. I was just going by what was said on the Sou...

Re: Letting AI take over control in services?
Transfer of control either way won't happen above a very slow speed so if you want to change over, stop the train. Once you're out of the engineers seat, it waits something like 2 minutes and if you are still not back in it, it will ask if you want to release control of the train. You don't need to...

Re: New UK Route Coming For TSW
I am looking forward to the scenario that has you catching a Reading bound 166 from Paddington and walking over to the yard to collect and start up your 66 to run light back to London then pick up some freight back to Reading yard! :) Who's to say they won't do something like that and if they don't...

Re: New UK Route Coming For TSW
I have to admit if I had to buy the GWR Express at the full price then I probably wouldn't have, I only got it because it was discounted to just under a £10, its like TSW CSX Heavy haul if it hadn't been offered with FSW for just under £35 in the steam summer sale I wouldn't have bought that, and th...

Re: Letting AI take over control in services?
Scratch that, it does work by getting up from drivers seat and sitting in second man seat while the train is stationary or moving below a certain speed, But I still believe it won't let you sit in second man seat if train is already moving above a certain speed under AI control which to me seems str...

Re: Letting AI take over control in services?
Well the method I described works for me, just had a nice trip in secondman's seat while a nice young lady engineer was driving. So I wonder why it doesn't work that way for me, what control method are you using? I use Xbox controller, I know it shouldn't make a difference, if it does I wonder if D...

Re: Letting AI take over control in services?
Appears to be working fine now had to stop train get off wait for the pop up to ask about giving up control was able to get back on train that I was driving before it moved off which is now being driven by AI, one thing I should add is once the train is at speed you cannot regain control and you can...

Page 54 of the *official* manual states: Services Providing a host of activities throughout an entire 24-hour time period, Service Mode is a new way to play. Re: Letting AI take over control in services?
Right I have just checked and according to the user produced manual https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5xmS3 ... VQN28/view, when you go to leave the engineers/drivers seat you are supposed to be asked whether you want to give up control or not but I am not getting that for some reason.
