Unfortunately, this bug has not been fixed with the 104.2b update.

Also heard nothing about the vanishing decals on uneven terrain
Large numbers of decals causes them to fail to render

This has not been fixed either

Yes.

I believe that maximum resolution will only work in full screen mode.
You have to choose a lower resolution for windowed mode.

Hopefully fixed in next update of RailWorks. Jim Only likely if as many reports and details as possible get sent to support to help them find the problem and gauge the needs of users. John I'm up the creek if they base it on users needs then, being in a minority of the routes I intend to build. :x ...

On XP I used to have problems with RW being slow.
So I closed GE.
On W7 64 bit it's OK with both programs running.

If you don't need GE open then it's best to close it.
