It is indeed Railworksproc.exe. That's put much better settings in my game. I'm very grateful! Thank you everyone for your suggestions - I'm now up and running!

My in-game settings are all are on their very highest right now.

I'll try reducing anisotropic filtering - see if that does anything (will report back). Many thanks for the suggestions.
