There isn't even a steam.exe either, I had a look.... Anyway, what I've done is deleted everything and I've re-installed Steam. I'll re-install the sim and see how I get on.

It's a Great North of Scotland Manson Class "P" with Manson's strange looking eight wheeled tender. The big tender allowed the locos to run from Aberdeen to Elgin and back without the need to restock. Apparently turning the locos was a fine art

That looks nice Dave but the cab will have to be heightened as well as the roof. You can spot the difference between the model and the photo. I'm not sure, but I think the GNR green was a bit darker than what the LNER green was. I'll have a check and see what I can find for you. Well done. :) John.
