Re: iPad controlling TS2015
Just working on some alternative layouts for this app, a generic one made so far ... gets more complex with AP's stock releases

Re: iPad controlling TS2015
Now this looks good ! You could customise a layout for each loco ... it also looks like it could have a use in my other field of interest, as a playout system keyboard in a radio studio
Nice find OP !

Re: Steam Workshop - Who's responsible ?
It's funny with my workshop experiences in both TS2014 and TS2015, people are saying you can't start your downloaded workshop scenarios from the workshop menu in TS2015 ... People have also said that was only place you could start workshop scenarios from in 2015 and previous versions of Train Simula...

Re: AP Freightliner Class 90
Got this straight away, I have both the existing c90 packs and this new Freightliner pack just adds to those perfectly :) the skins are excellent, the new wagons are excellent and the scenarios (of which I'm playing one right now passing Lancaster !) are as you'd expect from AP ... excellent :) £6.9...

Re: Any free Greater Anglia 170 reskins about?
It's pretty cool in itself that GA are running a through service from Lowestoft to Harwich :) Is that to cater for boat traffic ? I was having a nose around the route map for DTG's GEML & noticed the Harwich branch is laid out in it's entirety with sidings etc named, I'm hoping maybe when the green ...

Re: Class 121
Ah that's strange :/ well I seem to have fixed mine just now by using RW Tools to make all files & folders read/write instead of read only, so now that's allowed me to get 121 up & running in a scenario using RW Tools. The manual DTG have released for the unit doesn't deal at all with it's use in sc...

Re: Class 121
I'm not seeing the original c121 in RWTools at all, even after extracting the contents of the units .ap file :/
Can anyone confirm please that they can see their c121 in RWTools ? I'm trying to swap out stock in some of the original GWR scenarios.
Thanks

Re: Just Rec'd New Class 101?
It should fit in quite well on the 3rd party Totham and Ay Valley routes ... Possibly WCML over Shap also in the North West, maybe Bristol - Exeter or any South Western route ?

Re: DTG to produce Liverpool - Manchester via Warrington Central
A sale route for me I think :/ unless a 3rd party makes scenarios from the RR era with maybe c47 hauled InterCity services or freight etc, something to pad things out from the lonely c158 ... thanks to DTG for the RR c101 gifted to all class 101 owners ... I notice that unit features destinations re...

I'm sure I've read an article about it in a now historic edition of 'Rail' magazine !shaun123 wrote:101's used to work the Irlam-Manchester Oxford Road shuttle crossing over to turn back at Glazebrook East Junction, in the late 90's early 2000's.

Re: BR Regional 101
The North West was one of the final mainline resting places for the c101, be it late 90's or early 00's 101's in Regional Railways livery were working services in the region alongside the aforementioned RR c158's so the forthcoming route will be perfect for the RR 101

Re: Class 450 branding
There is/was/possibly still is an issue when using the SWT branding (which works) at the same time as the AP c450 sound pack (which works) ... however they don't work together :/ When I was trying to apply the branding it referenced the unit sounds back to default again, re-installing the AP sound p...

Re: AP Mk2 DBSO
Can a DBSO/DVT model be driven using a tweak in sim that simply uses the loco at the rear running in reverse, and a cab swap to give the impression the DBSO is in control ? I'm sure I've played a scenario where the creator wanted to give the player a 4TC & class 33 type experience, and that seemed t...

Re: Class 91 on sale
Does it also use the DTG FCC c321 ? The IC livery is fine but if only the 365 & the 321 from DTG came in NSE colours ... then we'd have an era that matched, I know the AP c321 does feature NSE livery & reskinners have made a c365 NSE reskin but it's the finding & swapping out that's the minor issue ...
