Re: Waggonz/AP 313 coming to Steam
Not so much an accusation as a business theory ... We'll probably never know :) there's always much speculation about things like this, in the case of another in development bit of 3rd party DLC a quick search of Companies House provided answers to who's behind that, it's nice to have the facts. I d...

Re: Waggonz/AP 313 coming to Steam
Something I've always wondered is whether the more cut-down DTG offerings of AP products are DTG's gentlemanly buisness way of getting a slice of all the money AP makes off of DTG's platform & by the sale of sound-packs, IMHO AP make the better product & people rave about them (as right they should ...

Re: DTG c117 (North Somerset Version)
Oooo, understood Richard thanks :/ I tried to transplant the purchased NSE textures into a hybrid of the updated version but it wasn't a great fit, 80% correct. I'm really looking for 'a' version of the refreshed c117 that isn't brown that I can sub into all the scenarios calling for the older c117,...

DTG c117 (North Somerset Version)
Hi, would one of our wonderful re-skinners be kind enough to please re-skin the DTG c117 (North Somerset / Updated Version) into BR Blue / BR Blue Grey ? I missed out on buying the original c117 from the original developer, and also missed the gap to buy from DTG (the product is now offsale) althoug...

Re: Armstrong Powerhouse Class 205 Thumper!!
For lovers of using the unit on 'other' lines, I have on my system the lovely little Epping & Ongar railway, I believe the creator of that route is amongst us (and may be able to point it out !) ;) EOR have a 'Thumper' amongst their rolling stock so that would make an ideal short run for the AP 205 ...

Re: Armstrong Powerhouse Class 205 Thumper!!
Looks like a FAB unit, it's on my list ! the manual is great & makes you drool for starters ... For the scenarios there's DLC required that I don't have (shocking that I don't have it, I've got most of it !) the AP 456, which I could swap out in RWTools but the 73/GatEx is something I'll need to pur...

Re: Western Main Lines from Just Trains
I think it's imperative to run the latest 1.05 as it is now of GWML before installing the OB extension (JT does say this somewhere) as the OB trackwork is in with the GWML package but to utilise it (and add scenery) you install the OB extension ... All in all it's very nice, the "Chilern" Railways b...

Re: DTG Bristol to Cardiff
A possibility worth checking for anyone who doesn't seem to get fixes & such is that (like me, and this goes for other routes & DLC) I'd unpacked the AP file for either reskins to work or to interrogate the scenarios etc ... I have read on my travels that if you unpack AP files then yes TS will use ...

Re: Class 117 NSE
I managed to somehow buty the marketplace NSE 117 reskin without being checked to see if I actually owned the Steam version 117 ! I didn't really want the route, or the 117 that DTG were selling but did want the NSE skin (for GWR area use) and any BR era skins. Anyway, I never did get around to gett...

Re: North Somerset Railway Route
You know this route, is actually pretty good !!! and quite well worth the money with it's current 20% of tag :) It's a fusion of classic railway meets today which is quite interesting, a heritage leaned line with TPWS, plus a colour light and semaphore signal mix, it's a well detailed if short route...

Re: DTG Bristol to Cardiff
Isn't it at all possible that the Bristol - Cardiff section has been created BY Just Trains as part of their project and is manifesting itself away from Western Lines as a standalone Steam route ? That would make sense, several key 3rd parties have been linking with DTG to release Steam versions of ...

Re: DTG Gatwick Express Class 73
Regarding re-skins ... the previous incarnation of this class 73 was sold as a fixed train formation, is it confirmed that as it is now the class 73 can be detached from the set ? is it even available as a standalone loco ?
