Following on from the previous post, does anyone have a formula for converting grid references in the form TQnnnnnn into OS references or MSTS decimal equivalents.

Clive's site is excellent - it has enough info to auto generate an LU marker file (station depths would be a bit trickier) plus gives the general platform arrangement for EVERY station on the LU. Does anyone know the typical diameter of deep line LU tunnels? I guessed at 6m for the examples you see but this was to fit the 2BIL in - of course this may be about right for Metropolitan Cut'n'Cover tunnels but then they wouldn't be cylindrical, would they.

Yup you can any length you like. You build them as a set of N Curves and N+1 Straights where N can be 0,1 or 2. How are you doing the routes? Are you using MSTS Tunnel Track pieces? If you've seen my L U Screenshot threads you'll see there's a way to do it without the Tunnel Pieces.

I DO have a generic deep line LU Station but I don't know how you would mate it up to standard MSTS Tunnel Track.
