I concur - looks great...
...now if someone can do some tube stock e.g. central or circle I can get the LUL route building kit ready.

Tube Update! ============ How bothered are people about tunnels being completely round in cross section (or being closer to the correct diameter) - the 6m tunnels you see here work will because the trackbed fits snugly into the bottom of them. I realised when I shrunk the diameter to 4m that the edg...

Following on from the previous post, does anyone have a formula for converting grid references in the form TQnnnnnn into OS references or MSTS decimal equivalents.

Clive's site is excellent - it has enough info to auto generate an LU marker file (station depths would be a bit trickier) plus gives the general platform arrangement for EVERY station on the LU. The tunnel diameters seem to range from 10 to 12 feet (tiny!) I'm thinking 4m or 13ft (as compared to th...

Does anyone know the typical diameter of deep line LU tunnels? I guessed at 6m for the examples you see but this was to fit the 2BIL in - of course this may be about right for Metropolitan Cut'n'Cover tunnels but then they wouldn't be cylindrical, would they.

Nice to see someone else using TSM in anger other than me - and I'm not doing complex objects - just tunnels and stations!

Yup you can any length you like. You build them as a set of N Curves and N+1 Straights where N can be 0,1 or 2. By default when putting curves in the track ALWAYS bends to the LEFT (I think thats right - I'm at work at the mo). What I find is that if you flip the bend to the RIGHT (by pressing T), y...

How are you doing the routes? Are you using MSTS Tunnel Track pieces? If you've seen my L U Screenshot threads you'll see there's a way to do it without the Tunnel Pieces.

I DO have a generic deep line LU Station but I don't know how you would mate it up to standard MSTS Tunnel Track.

Why is your name followed by 'small city of sheffield' - isn't it the 4th largest in England (after London, Manchester & Birmingham)?
