I've just got a new laptop as well as my desktop PC which I use for RW2.
Just wondering if I can have RW2 on both computers so that I can run it on the desktop when I'm at home and on the laptop if I'm on the road.

I'm not 100% sure but I seem to remember reading somewhere that this is a memory related issue.
Happens to me occasionally but I'm not sure that there's anything you can do about it.

Just a ( probably dumb ) question - I bought the 9F when it first came out ie not on Steam, is there any difference to that version compared to buying through Steam ?

If I run the "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" will it remove everything from the game that wasn't downloaded via Steam ?
I'm thinking of things like third party loco's, scenarios, sound packs etc.

From monitoring core temps on a quad core CPU I agree RW seems to "only" use two cores.

Well just relating my driver upgrade experience for anyone who may be contemplating doing the same. Decided to update from Driver 191.07 & PhysX 9.09.0720 to the latest WHQL Driver 196.21 and PhysX 9.09.1112 ( Win 7 64 bit) Generally everything initially seemed OK but then I noticed something weird....

Just wondering if the PhysX Driver is part of the video driver download or is it something you download seperately ?

In the past I've just downloaded whatever the new driver was and assumed it had the PhysX stuff included.

Thanks for the reminder.
I remember reading that and deciding not to update my video drivers until I was sure the new drivers would be trouble free.
Consequently I'm still using version 191.07 ( released Oct 5, 2009 ) everythings OK so I don't want to tempt fate.
