Re: Standard, timetabled and free-roam scenarios

James The only caution I am exercising, and I suspect the same goes for many others, is with the continuous stream of doom and gloom you are now coming out with. What I don't understand is why you are wasting so much time on these issues when it is abundantly clear that you have no time for RSDL or ...

Re: Anyone tried this before ?

Hi Jim Ted (oldpufferspotter) and myself had similar issues that we managed to resolve by tweaking signalling, using destination markers and "Stop At" instructions. Mark Brinton's (mbtech22) input was vital! Have a look at the relevant thread - http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic.php?f=215&t=8523...

Charlie,

Glad to see you're making progress. Can you put up a screenshot (2D map would do!) of Severn Tunnel Junction?

Re: How to Make Simple Signs for Rail Simulator

Hi Nick Yes I found that the NVIDIA plug-in is for Photoshop and there is not even a passing remark about PSP so it seems that there is some technique to making it work with PSP, probably very simple when you know how. I've cracked it. I found an earlier version of the plugin at http://www.bhmotors...

Re: In and Around the Forest of Dean

Wow... excellent work there. I've always wanted to do the Newnham to Cinderford branch but you've done the lot there! Have you put in all the collieries as well? Hi jonnysmooth, What's to stop you :) ! Nothing wrong with having two versions of a route and you would probably get it completed a lot q...

Re: How to Make Simple Signs for Rail Simulator

Hi Nick I feel a tutorial coming on about making a simple sign in 3D Canvas. Not so much an informed tutorial but more of a record of what I did. I can say, however, that anyone who has followed my simple sign tutorial would probably have enough basic knowledge to work it out for themselves as it i...

Re: How to Make Simple Signs for Rail Simulator

Geoff. I'm impressed! I've been following this thread with a wry smile on my face as you get sucked further and further in and yes, you are right, it's all Paul's fault :) ! He got me started with the sign kit... Quick question - I've been using Photoshop to date but would prefer to be using PSP, di...

Re: KRStool up

Y Nick, thanks for the screenshots. Indeed one of them shows a specific kind of error that I might be able to fix. I'll see about updating the code to include some possible fixes for that. Btw, with the report you mentioned, could you take a screenshot of that too? I'm especially interested in any ...
