Re: Distant Mountains???

Hi! Distant Mountain are very important in routes like I want to build. I was working in a chilean route called Santiago to Valparíaso for MSTS, but when I heard about rail simulator I thought that this route looks better in the new simulator, but i never thought that I couldn't see distant mountain...

Creating Track

Hi! Somebody has thought if it is possible to build a piece of track with 3D modeled sleepers instead of painted sleepers on the ballast. It could be very heavy for the graphic engine? I need to buid a 1670 mm gauge track for my chilean route, but i haven't the correct version of 3D canvas to export...

Re: configure new route

Note that default file for textures in developer routes is called "textures.xml". You find this file in: /developers/addons/environment/terrain/texture.xml Now, you can replace this file with native Kuju file textures called "texturing.xml" (note the slight difference :-? ) found in: /kuju/rail sim...

Re: configure new route

Reppo, I think it is the wrong thing to do, copying files like that. It will make packaging up routes for distribution very difficult. RS has been created with object reuse in mind, so only one copy of a specific object exists on your disk, but is used by any or all routes. Ian. 8) You are right!!!...

Re: configure new route

Hi! pmyers. My english is very bad, but i hope help you anyway. To have all kuju objets and textures in your rute you just must copy and paste all folders from "kuju zone" to "developer zone", it' s so easy. Note that default file for textures in developer routes is called "textures.xml". You find t...

Thanks SteelixB, It a great tool. It works very good for me. Just a question:

If I close RSBin Tool I can't import data later.

I hope you can understand me, my english isn't very good.

Thanks again.
