You can't add protected files to a package, whereas unprotected assets can be packaged

I exported my level crossing lights as a animated signal to make the script work, but now I can't select them anymore after they are placed

Just had a quick look, and it seems you need your scenery detail level on 10, or the bridge doesn't appear.
