Re: Job Interview with SWT

Cheers for all the support guys, despite passing selection it seems that I'm unable to commit to the 6 week training period so my application has been put on hold. Either I can get the job during a holiday period or maybe work on the platforms for the time being. At least they didn't reject me as a ...

Re: Job Interview with SWT

Very intense testing today -time limits were absolutley insane!! However out of about 20+ people who were there at the start of the day, I was one of 5 who managed to get a formal interview. Woohooooo!!!

Re: Job Interview with SWT

Lol shoot-to-kill policy...I love it!! I know SWT make exceptions if you're making longer trips as its near impossible to fare evade except they do not allow use of any railcards if you buy one from the guard. If someone was going from Guildford-Woking without a ticket then its obvious they're tryin...

Re: Job Interview with SWT

Thanks, there are ability tests and ticket selling and checking tests to be done before an interview is offered but I didn't have any problems with the example tests they gave me. I did look at Southern but they're probably a little too far away and was very surprised to see train drivers coming up ...

Job Interview with SWT

Hi everyone, I have a job interview with SWT this friday and quite frankly, I'm more nervous about this than I have been with previous job interviews. Does anyone here work for them and know how they like to operate? For example I'm an aerospace engineering student...will they find that impressive o...

Yes all of those files are there. Are those 4 supposed to be the only ones in the sound folder or should there be more (wavs etc?) Should the sound folder that the COCP comes with be in the common sound folder under LUL?

Yep I installed those 2 files in the right order I believe

The original one file #2955 and the update #5456 (its the all red one that has opening doors if thats of any use.) I've just tested it and this particular one seems to have all the sounds but my D78, 1973 and C69/77 stock still seems to be lacking it except when you're in the passenger view

I've downloaded the original and the update as stated in the readme but still no sounds in the cab or the exterior...shall I just do the entire thing again starting with the COCP?

I'm having the same problem with my LU stock...sounds only work in passenger view. Nothing to do with my speakers I believe and I've tried reinstalling them. Ideas anyone?

Well 33% isnt as much as I expected as word was going around that prices would double. Would you go out of your way to be on one between Kent and London or just stick to the current Electrostars and Networkers?

OK just to clear up any confusion I might have...are all of these 395s being operated by Southeastern? Plus how much more will it cost to travel on them? I can't predict whether people will go out of their way to make sure they're on a 395 and not a 375 or avoid them due to the higher fares as trave...

Including the guys getting lives? You mean they only do this in their spare time? Yeah I'm not exactly impatient I just saw the forum the other day and thought hmmm tis a wee bit quiet here. All I need is this pack and possibly one other Southeastern route and I'll have everything I want for MSTS.[/...

Yes I think I phrased my original question quite badly. Just wondering whether the project had been temporarily halted (or something like that) while they work on other projects? I was just surprised to see they'd done the 375 and 377 models as far back as December but not realeased any information ...

Electrostar Pack

I'm still waiting for activation on the MT forums so I thought I'd ask the pros on here.... Does anyone know the status of the Electrostar pack under development by MT? The thread on their website hasnt seen any activity since January of this year and the images posted on there showed the visual mod...
