Curiously the drag and drop method has never worked for me. I'd echo transadelaide's suggestion above of moving the PI files from there default location as vastly speeding up the loading of the Package Manager. Thanks CaptScarlet, but i have already tried that mate. I have also tried verifying the game cash again, but im still having the no-show speedo needle and LED's issue. Saving the senario, closing RW completely, then re-starting RW and then loading the saved scenario works ocassionally, but not ever...

If you haven't try clearing the blueprints and then see if that makes any difference.

I haven't tried it myself but it may have something to do with the fixed couplers and the direction the swapped carriages that RW tools places in the scenario. If it is the cause then it can get tricky to swap them just using RW tools. I once had a similar problem with swapping the class 390 carriag...

You could try either moving and or deleting from the ..\Steam\steamapps folder the file "railworks 2 allaboardcore.ncf" and after a restart of steam re running the verify cache files and it apparently should re-download the whole pack.
