Re: AP Sound Packs - experience
I grabbed the 37 pack the other day. The horn sounded odd until I enabled software mixing (or EAX, not sure which). But i'm sad I can't customize my raildriver to use the two tone horn :( I'd love to spend more in the sale but theres nothing else I can really get, scenario packs require stuff I have...

Re: Raildriver help!
Glad i'm not alone. I had thought Macroworks means you could customize what the different things do... Why is it not as simple as setting a button to trigger the B button on the keyboard?!

Raildriver help!
For some reason my bell button does not work. Yet if I press it now, it produces the letter B. So the button is actually working. Its set up to be the keypress B in macroworks, so I can't see a problem?! I wanted to set the down of the horn to be B so I could use it as a two tone horn, but as B isn'...

How do you do the two tone horn? The manual seems to be lacking the basics.
Edit: OK bashed keyboard and found it.

Re: i5 2500k, 560ti. Bad Performance?
Thanks for the great replies guys. I will try out some of your settings. I just have to have a certain degree of Anti-Alias or the state of overhead wires annoys the hell out of me, plus flickering. My Pc should be in a good condition, i'm quite obsessive about performance and a bit of a perfectioni...

Re: Settings for upgraded Railworks
I've got an i5 2500k at 4.5ghz 8GB Ram 560ti 2gb. Yet Railworks doesn't seem to perform that well. On the Scottish ECML I get around 15-20 FPS, but upping to 40 in places. However the GPU usage isn't above 70%. Surely it can't be my CPU as i'm running the most recommended CPU for gaming, overclocked...

Re: WCML North - 25 free scenarios in one pack!
Thanks to both of you, I was considering the 390
.
I was suprised, I did think i'd get people reccomending the Class 67 as in a glance down the scenario pack manual I noticed it is used a lot!

Re: GEML & East Anglia
Yeah £139.94 is a bit steep straight out of course. The good thing is that these route are similar to this route in the sense that they all feature predominantly modern passenger operations. I know branch lines (particularly rather operationally uninspiring ones) are not to everyone cup of tea, but...

The buffers thing was with the last update of WCML-N from Steam. This is how Polmadie hop looks for me as of now. :P click to enlarge [album 39357 phop.jpg] There's quite a few of us now that thinks it should have been fixed. :-? Chris. Re: GEML & East Anglia
I came here to ask the same question!
Looks like I have to miss out until a major sale where I can pick up all of those routes except WCML-N which I have.
