Re: WCML-N Neutral Sections
I think the markers are already in place in the route, however, in order for them to appear on the HUD they need to be added as "Go Via" or "Waypoint" instructions in individual scenarios. That's right. Keith has put markers at them to make it easier but they only show up if in the timetable for th...

Re: Markers no longer show in scenario editor
Theres a little monitor on the top left pop out box. If you click that you get options of what to show on screen. A button at the top turns everything on or off. For some reason it's probably turned off the markers. They are still there, just not shown.

That's exactly what gptech is on about in the post above. It's 'normal', at least for now.. Something we have to deal with.

Re: WCML Over Shap
Shap uses a lot of assets from different providers (kuju for example )so does that mean they are included with the download/purchase? I'm using Shap assets in a route so i'm wondering if I can get away with using the other assets it uses without it having another requirement?

Re: WCML Over Shap
It's nothing to do with the AP lighting pack - i don't use that, and can confirm the default GEML does this for me also... The reason (believe it or not) is that quite simply the RSC route developers do not know how to use their own tool correctly :o The GEML is not the only route i've seen RSC mak...

Re: Class 117 DMU coming soon?
but I don't even understand how the nameplates work and change anyway.. Same way as dynamic numbers do....think of the texture for the nameplate as just being a very wide number texture. If you open a digits.bin file for a loco class that has nameplates you'll find that as well as the numbers 0-9 t...

Re: Class 117 DMU coming soon?
It's also the colour that needs changing. The AP ones are blue and do not have all of the names plus the ones I want are red so they will still need abit of work from someone who knows what they are doing. Anyway I'm more than happy with the deal for Deltic do some new ones and give him a 117 for h...

3D nameplates on the GEML class90's
If I were in a position to purchase this then you'd have an NSE version to play with in the next week or so, as it is I'll have to wait or leave the mantle to others to produce. I'm going to make a offer here. As you know I would like 3D nameplates on the GEML class90's. Or if you don't have them o...

Re: Class 375 Greater Anglia - Reskins
What if 375's.. Interesting indeed! :) I started work on the MK3's in the new livery but due to needing decals for the thick lines and the new GA logo they are only in the transition stage which one RFM was in for a few months until the new livery was finalised.. I've also done the 90 in the new liv...

Re: WCML Over Shap
So is there any way to add the neutral sections feature to other locos? I've started adding neutral sections to GEML and wouldn't mind having a bash at adding the feature to the 86, 90 and 360 if it's not too hard. David Ooooh! I'd love to see neutral sections in all electric routes where possible!...

Re: Making headlights light up the track..
Okay it worked! I'm going to be picky and now say it's too bright haha. It's also obvious it is an additional light as the original light is still there. In theory I should be able to replace the mainlight with the 47 light, or another of my chosing? I really thought you could just modify the 360's ...

Re: Making headlights light up the track..
JustRight, I look forward to trying it out. Does it add more light to the headlight and the light at the top of the cab? Would you say it offers a good point between realism and what we can get away with? I like the challenge of night being night, especially with the AP lighting pack but just want t...

Re: Freight/Long trains fly forward when releasing brakes..
Didn't seem to make any difference. But brakes will be slightly more realistic with those settings anyway? I would expect so :) at least it allows more subtle braking than the default setting. I just tried Class 90 railfreight, 20 FSAs in Quickdrive. Starting at Stratford at GEML, destination doesn...
