So does this 'Free Sound Pack' apply new sounds to any other Black 5 we may have?
I don't think so.
This is a free RESKIN pack with custom sounds for those reskins.

This is not a Sound pack Trev, it's a Reskin pack (the reskins do have custom sounds etc.).
SSS do have a Sound pack for the Black 5 but it's not free (been around for years, currently £5.50).

As far as I know QD consists created 'in game' will ALWAYS show in the 'Custom' list (an alphabetical list sorted according to the name you gave the consist when created. and... They will also show amongst the loco picture list of the loco as described in the section <LocalisedEngineName> about 200 ...

In my defence I did say "I think maybe"...
I just knew they weren't in a PreLoad folder anywhere, like other consists and QD consists.

Custom QD consists created 'in game' do not show in an RW Tools search.
I think maybe they are stored in an AP file somewhere (I wish I knew where!).
Does anybody know?

Just for the record, and to defend the QD consist builder, mine works perfectly and always has done. I use it frequently. What can make it crash is a 'rogue' asset somewhere in your assets folder. It only takes ONE incorrectly coded piece of rolling stock to cause this. And it's a long and laborious...

Had fun downloading and running some of the reskins here. However... When creating QD consists with the various reskins of the DT M7 I still get the SR numbers from the original model showing over the new liveries... Can anyone (gptech?) teach me how to edit files (if possible) to prevent this? I am...

I bought the BR Era version in the sale and I am very happy with it.

So, if you've bought the original 4MT, you have to buy this upgraded version as well? I can't see how to get it otherwise. No, you don't have to buy the new version. The original is a very good model and works perfectly well in TS2013. You may or may not want the added features of the updated model...

Yes, the left-hand radius rod is still missing, even though DT expressly state that this 'update' fixes the issue.
